Evergreen Middle School

Message from Principal Maria
Hello, Grizzly Families!
I’m Denise Maria, the new principal at Evergreen Middle School. After seven years as a middle school English teacher and serving as an assistant principal at Federal Way High School, I’m excited to return to the energy and fun of middle school. I’m also a long-distance runner, so I’m ready to keep up!
I look forward to learning from our students, staff, and families, celebrating what makes Evergreen special, and beginning a fantastic school year together.
Principal Maria

Hello Federal Way Public Schools Parents and Guardians of Scholars in Grades 6-12.
We are excited to share that we’ve partnered with an online forms and data management service for athletic participation forms. All FWPS scholar-athletes will use this service, FinalForms, to complete athletic participation forms.
This service streamlines the paperwork process by allowing you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students online and saving data from season-to-season and year-to-year.
This means that you will never need to enter the same information twice! You may review your child’s data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”. We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms. Please register at: https://federalway-wa.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.about Evergreen Fall Sports Schedules
