That's a Wrap!
What an incredible year it has been! This year, we focused on building Strong Bodies and Strong Minds, and I could not be more proud of the way you embraced this challenge with your child. Together, we learned that success isn’t just about academics—it’s also about taking care of ourselves so we can learn, grow, and thrive.
I continue to be so thankful to be part of such an extraordinary school and community. It is truly an honor to watch your children grow from five-year-old kindergarteners—sometimes shy and a little unsure—into confident, capable, and compassionate 5th grade Panthers ready to take on their next big adventure. I am so proud to be the New Prospect Principal and cheerleader every step of the way.
This year, your children truly lived out our mission to Grow, Celebrate, and Matter. They have GROWN academically, socially, and emotionally. We have CELEBRATED their efforts and successes along the way. And I want you to always remember—your children MATTER to our school, to our community, and to me today and always.

Principal

ALL IN ON ATTENDANCE – Finish the Year Strong
The school year isn’t over yet! Every day matters for review, projects, and preparing
for the next grade level.
Students with strong May attendance are more likely to retain skills over the
summer.
The late bell rings at 7:40am. Students should be in their classroom ready to learn at that time.
Please email npfrontdesk@fultonschools.org and copy your child’s teacher when your child is absent.
Time to Return Library Books!
It's time to get the Media Center wrapped up for the year! All books checked out by students are due this Friday, May 8th.
Overdue notices will be emailed directly to families on Monday afternoon. At that point, the hunt is on! You have until the end of the year to either find missing books and send them back to school with your child, or - if it's lost - pay for it to be replaced. The link to pay online will be included in the email notice, or you can return to this Panther Press and click here. If you prefer to pay with cash, please send the exact amount; unfortunately, Ms. Spitzner isn't able to make change.
If a book you find is damaged, please send it back anyway! Our METI, Ms. Spitzner, might be able to fix it! If she can't, she will reach out for next steps.
And throughout this process, please know: We fully understand that things happen, and we are open to resolving lost books in lots of different ways. 🙂
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email Ms. Spitzner directly: spitznerc@fultonschools.org. Thank you for your help in maintaining our Media Center's inventory!
