2022 Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair

The Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair (GSDSEF) is revving up for another great year in 2022! For 67 years the GSDSEF has provided an inspiring STEM experience for tens of thousands of 6-12 San Diego and Imperial County students, motivating many to pursue STEM careers. Inspirational…motivational…transformational… The GSDSEF fosters discovery, creativity, and innovation through inquiry, integrates NGSS seamlessly, celebrates students’ STEM achievements, and showcases how young minds can make an impact in the present and future. Students go beyond the classroom to do independent research – to ask compelling questions, to design and implement innovative solutions, and to present and defend results to professionals in their fields. The GSDSEF serves as a springboard to the California and International Science and Engineering Fairs.

Join the 100+ schools and thousands of San Diego and Imperial County students who implement NGSS every day with their innovative STEM projects. For more information about getting your students involved, contact Fair Director Steve Rodecker, stevegsdsef@gmail.com, or visit our website, gsdsef.org.
