M-Step Important Dates Tuesday, 4/14 and Thursday 4/16 (3rd Graders ONLY)
Arrive to School On Time: Late Arrivals will not be permitted to enter their classrooms during the MSTEP test, as it would interrupt our students. Ensure your student arrives to school on time daily.
Prioritize Rest: Ensure they are getting a good nightβs sleep (9β11 hours is recommended for elementary students!)
Fuel Up: A healthy, protein-rich breakfast helps sustain focus throughout the morning.
Keep it Positive: Encourage them to simply do their best and take their time.
Snack Donations for your Classroom: Chips, pretzels, granola bars, drink boxes.
Hiring Activity Helper
Are you a patient and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children? We are seeking an activity helper to supervise students during lunch and recess for two hours each day. The time frame is from 11:30 to 1:30. If you or someone you know is interested, please email me at nelsontm@kalamazoopublicschools.net.
