PBIS Recognition Overview

Ohio’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Recognition System provides an opportunity to celebrate schools and districts. Each year, the Department of Education and Workforce and the Ohio PBIS Network recognize the quality and fidelity of PBIS implementation in schools and districts. Schools and districts are eligible to receive awards at the bronze, silver, gold, or district levels of distinction.

Session Format Options:

Initial Review of the PBIS Recognition Manual and Process(1 hour)

April 1, 2025, 10:30 AM OR 3:30 PM

Open Office Hours for Support

April 11, 15, 24, and 29, 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM

These sessions are meant to be drop-in office hours for buildings applying for recognition.
