Final Exams will take place June 10-13. The schedule for those finals can be seen below. Students will be released early, and buses will pick up early on those days.

If you can't decide on which book to check out for Summer Reading, then go to the Timber TV YouTube page to see the teachers talk about their choices. We have asked teachers to come by the studio and give a one minute pitch to convince you to give their book a read. The list will grow in the next couple of weeks as more teachers stop by. Please don't forget to subscribe to our page! https://www.youtube.com/@WHSTimberTV

The Hilltop - Walpole High School's Literary Magazine

This year's literary magazine, newly christened The Hilltop, is available for reading! We hope you enjoy this small but engaging collection of stories and poems. The students who contributed original work are: Jason Hee, Emmy Miles, Matthew Nealon, Maggie O’Neil, Vanya Singh, and AiVy Truong. These students, along with Charlotte O'Malley, also edited the magazine and prepared it for publication.

Innovation Career Pathways

We are pleased to announce that Walpole High School was granted designation for a second Innovation Career Pathway in Manufacturing from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Manufacturing joins Information as the two pathways with state designation.

Students who are interested in pursuing careers in the Manufacturing or Information fields are encouraged to apply to be a part of the program.

More information can be found HERE. Please have your student see their school counselor or Ms. Silk, Innovation Pathways Assistant Coordinator with any questions

Sophomore Aaron Arora is the third student to break to octofinals at this tournament and placed 40/200 in Declamation! Junior Tanay Singh and Sophomore Ramu Muthukaruppan went 3-2 in Policy Debate: a new debate event for each of them. They placed 36/100 teams! No one on our team has ever competed in this event before. Congrats!

Photography Club

The Photography Club will meet for the last time this year on Thursday, June 5th. We will celebrate with the theme of "Favorite Memories". You can share a picture of your favorite memory from this year. It has been a great year this year for the Photography Club. We are always looking for and welcoming new members in the coming year. You only need a phone with a camera but if you have a great camera you'd like to use we welcome that as well. We are here to have fun and take pictures and make friends. You do not have to have any photography experience to join. We hope everyone has a great, restful and safe summer and we will see you in September. Take lots of summertime pictures. Anyone that would like to join us next fall can contact Mrs. D'Agostino at jdagostino@walpole.k12.ma.us or follow our instagram: @walpole_photography123
