Dear SME Eagle Families,

We are excited to share some wonderful news! Six Mile Elementary has received an Excellent rating on the South Carolina State Report Card! This outstanding achievement is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, teachers, staff, and families.

At Six Mile, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. This recognition reflects the collective efforts of our school community and our shared commitment to providing the very best educational experience for every student. Our teachers and staff work tirelessly each day to create meaningful learning opportunities, build positive relationships, and help our students succeed.

We are especially grateful for our parents and families. Your partnership, encouragement, and support play an important role in our students’ success. When school and home work together, amazing things happen!

Best of the Nest

Each month our school focuses on a character trait for our students. Mrs. Orr goes into classrooms and teaches lessons to develop this trait. We also talk about it on the school news program.

This month our word is INTEGRITY. We will honor students that show this at our Best of the Nest party at the end of the month.
