Walk Your Schedule

Parkview High School Open House / Walk Your Schedule Day Wednesday, July 30th
8:00am-11:00am
Students can access their Fall 2025 class schedule through StudentVUE on their student portal or through their StudentVUE app.
Students will be able to access their schedules on Wednesday, July 30th.
All student passwords have been reset. To access, students will be required to type their numeric birthday in the password field using two digits for their birth month, two digits for their birthday, and four digits for their birth year. For example, if a student’s birth occurred on June 9, 2015, their reset password would be 06092015. Students in Grades 6-12 will be required to change their password immediately after the first successful login to the student portal. The StudentVUE application cannot be used to complete this; students must use an internet browser or their GCPS Chromebook to login and change passwords for the first time each school year.
**Students who are unable to access their schedule, should go to the cafeteria to have their schedule printed at the tables designated for schedule printing.
Things you can do while you are at Open House:
- Walk your schedule and meet your teachers. Take note of any supply lists or announcements.
- Bus Routes and bus number info can be obtained from the transportation table in the cafeteria.
- Students who purchased parking may pick up their Parking decals in the H Building lobby from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Students must present their driver’s license and current insurance card when picking up their decal. Only the student will be allowed to pick up the parking decal.
- Students with a lost or damaged Chromebook may see Melanie Rosen or Christian Millets in the Media Center for assistance.
- Computers will be available in Media Center for parents needing support with MyPaymentsPlus.
- Parents needing to apply for free/reduced lunch may complete the Free/Reduced Lunch Application at www.schoollunchapp.com
- Parents needing assistance with ParentVUE and students needing assistance with StudentVUE may see Melanie Rosen in the Media Center.
- Students may add money to their Student Lunch Account at the serving lines at the back of the cafeteria.
- Parents may visit the Clinic (E Building) to fill out the medication form and drop off student medications. Only parents are allowed to drop off medication.
- Students may visit the clubs & activities fair in the gym to begin thinking about groups they want to join during the school year.
- Students with a Scheduling Error may visit the parent center in B-11.116 to speak with the Curriculum Office staff.
- As a reminder, this is not a time to request changes to electives, the level of scheduled classes, or lunch/advisement periods. Students were given several opportunities last Spring to request changes to their scheduled courses. The only changes that will be made to schedules are those needed for the following reasons:
- A student is scheduled for a course for which they already have credit.
- A student took a course in summer school and needs the next course in the sequence.
- A senior is lacking a required class for graduation.
As a reminder, the first day of school for all students is Monday, August 4th.
