Rock Hill Blue Hawks Newsletter
Rock Hill Review - December 14, 2025
đź’¬ A Note from Mr. Terry Mouton
Rock Nation,
As I reflect on another remarkable year at Rock Hill, our theme “Everyone Matters...Rock Hill...Rock Solid” rings truer than ever. Throughout 2025, we have shown what it truly means to be Rock Solid, standing together, supporting one another, and living out our core values of Integrity, Creativity, Service, Excellence, and Empathy. In every corner of our campus, classrooms, fields, stages, and competition arenas, we have proven that Rock Hill is more than a school. We are a united community grounded in strength, resilience, and purpose. Together, we’ve turned challenges into opportunities and potential into achievement, embodying the spirit that defines us.
To our incredible parents, your Rock Solid support remains the foundation of our success. Your partnership and trust help our Blue Hawks soar higher each year. Thank you for standing beside us and championing your children’s growth.
To our students, you are the heart of what it means to be Rock Solid. Your resilience, creativity, and compassion inspire us daily. You do not simply endure challenges, you rise through them, supporting one another along the way. You make us proud to serve this community.
As we approach the holiday season, I am reminded of how fortunate I am to be part of this extraordinary school family. The joy, determination, and strength reflected in our students remind us why Rock Hill is such a special place. Every accomplishment, every act of kindness, and every moment of connection reinforces the pride we share as Blue Hawks.
This season, I wish our entire Rock Nation rest, warmth, and rejuvenation. May you find strength in family, community, and the unbreakable bonds we have built together. I look forward to an incredible 2026.
Everyone Matters… Rock Hill… Rock Solid!

Donut Day is Back - December 19
We are finishing the semester with a Donut Day on Friday, December 19, during SOAR time. CASH is preferred, but physical cards will be accepted. Remember paying via phone will not be an option. We look forward to providing this break time opportunity for Rock Hill students!
PTO Member Volunteers - Please check your mail for the sign up to help.
Staff Holiday Breakfast - Pancakes in Pajamas - December 19
Also, we will be distributing the gifts from our Rock Hill families a little differently this year, Monday-Thursday during lunch instead of on Friday. Safety Update
The top priority of Prosper ISD, and Rock Hill HIgh School, is keeping students and staff safe every day. This time of the year is a great time to remind students, staff, and parents about best practices to keep our students and staff safe daily.
As part of our continuing commitment to safety, we want to remind you of the following:
Exterior doors on all campuses and district facilities are checked daily by Prosper ISD Police Department Officers.
Students and staff should close exterior doors when they leave the building. Exterior doors should NEVER be propped open for any reason.
Every person should pay special attention when students, staff, teachers, or visitors exit an exterior door to ensure the door closes and locks once a person has left the building.
Do not allow adults or strangers into the campus from exterior doors. Report to teachers if someone is at an outside door.
All visitors should enter the campus through the front doors, where there is a secured vestibule. Visitors must be checked into the campus from the front office under visitor guidelines as outlined in district policy.
Staff and students must immediately report suspicious activity to campus administration and the Prosper ISD Police Department.
