Students can bring in canned goods or essentials such as, unused toothpaste, tooth brushes, deodorant, etc. and place in the box in your homeroom.

At Open House, we reviewed some parts of our Student Handbook. By clicking on the image to the right you can access a digital copy. A paper copy will be going home with all students this week. Please take time to review this with your child to ensure you are both aware of expectations for NMS Raiders.

If you have not received your parent letter regarding bus transportation, or may not have completed this form during student registration, you can request bus transportation for your child using the form attached here.

Students must NOT wear:

1. Clothing which promotes, exposes, or advertises activities not permitted by law to minors (e.g. guns, drugs, cigarettes, or alcohol).

2. Clothing which depicts profanity, vulgarity, obscenity, or violence.

3. Clothing prohibited under 4328 (Gang and Gang Related Activity) or any other provision of Board Policy.

4. Clothes which are overly tight (this includes biker shorts) or loose (this includes pants that sag and have to be pulled up or show undergarments) and therefore too revealing or obscene.

5. Clothing which threatens the health or safety of staff or students.

6. Clothing which is reasonably likely to create a substantial disruption of the educational process or operations of the school.

7. Pajamas (this include pajama bottoms), nightgowns, or other sleepwear.

8. Hats or hoods in the school building.

9. Steel toe boots.
