April - Counseling Awareness Month! April - Counseling Awareness Month!

Let's break the stigma and prioritize mental health! Reach out for support or spread awareness to those in need❗🫶

Let's take time this month to bring attention to the importance of mental health and the role of counseling in promoting overall well-being and mental wellness. This month is a perfect time to learn about the benefits of counseling and taking care of ourselves or others' mental wellness. So let's take some time this April to spread awareness and support for mental health and counseling services.

Many people struggle with mental health issues quietly. They may not seek help due to shame, lack of support system, or not knowing what resources are available. By raising awareness and acceptance, more people can openly communicate about their mental wellness and get the resources they need!
