Introduction
Updates
Hello all!
It's been a great first 6 weeks at Oasis! We have been working hard to help students navigate our new platform and stay on pace in their coursework. The staff has been impressed with how quickly our students have caught on and how engaged they have been in learning. We celebrated our first round of students for our 6 Week Awards: it is our goal that every student is able to be nominated this year!
We ask that you have conversations at home to encourage our cell phone policy: phones are to be away while students are learning. Your support in this effort is much appreciated.
Here is some important information for the upcoming weeks! This month is 'count month' for Oasis. It is particularly important that we hear from ALL students or guardians weekly about progress. For in person students, in school attendance counts. For students who are VIRTUAL, students must make contact with their teacher or mentor AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK!

Students will be required to login and work for 2 hours a day while at home, at minimum, if they are student who attends 'in person learning'.
For students who are learning via and all virtual format, a recommended 4 hours of work a day is recommended at minimum.
All students will still be assigned a mentor, and will be scheduled for an in person learning schedule. For any students who have been virtual learners, you are always able to come in and meet with staff during your grade level time slot so that you may get in person assistance. Virtual access to teachers through the Edmentum platform is available as well!
