A Message from the Principal
Welcome Back, Lake Families!
I hope your summer was full of rest, sunshine, and adventure. Our team has been busy getting the campus ready, and we cannot wait to see your students walk through the gates on Wednesday.
This is my first year as principal at Lake, and I already know I landed somewhere special. My goal this year is simple. Every student should feel known, supported, and excited to be here.
A few important dates:
- Your child's teacher should have emailed you on Friday. Please call the office at 760-945-5300 on Monday if you did not receive your child's placement.
- Back to School: TK through 1st grade on Monday, August 10 from 3:00 to 3:30. Grades 2 through 5 on Tuesday, August 11 from 3:00 to 3:30.
- First day of school is Wednesday, August 12.
- Please make sure your ParentSquare account is activated. That is where all school updates come from. You can download the ParentSquare app or visit parentsquare.com/signin and enter the email address or phone number on file with the school.
When you see me on campus, at pickup or drop-off, please stop by and introduce yourself. I would love to hear about your student and what matters most to your family this year.
Here's to a fabulous start of the school year!
