Webex Desktop App

Jabber is gone and Webex is here! Both are Cisco products, so some of the features will be familiar, while others will be like a brand new experience.

This shows the share screen button and additional options that Webex allows.

Now you can share an entire screen or just an application that's running on the computer - like Excel, Internet Browser, etc.

Some personalization can be done within the app. Photos are still tied to TEAMS and cannot be changed through the app feature.

- Click the Settings wheel

- Select Appearance

- Make your changes

- Click Save

Just like with Jabber, those with multiple screens will often find the app defaulted to your second screen without speakers. This is how you will be able to be able to hear.

- Click Settings wheel

- Select the Audio drop-down arrow

- Make sure it is set to speakers

- Click Save
