-Attendance warning letters were mailed out this week for students accumulating 3 or more absences in a 4-week period. These notices are required by state law.
-90% attendance is required for students to obtain credit.
-Saturday School will begin tomorrow, 1/27, for 6-12 grade students with chronic absences. If assigned, attendance is mandatory to avoid further consequences. Notices were sent out this week as well.
-If your student is absent for consecutive days due to illness, a doctor's note should be turned in to the office upon return to school.
-Tardy Reminder: Students are tardy at 7:52 AM. Every 3 tardies = 1 absence; it is crucial that students are at school on time.
