Our Home Economics students are learning Sewing and Cricut skills, and we would love to have some extra helping hands.

We are looking for Sewing Helpers: August 31–September 11 and October 12–20

We are looking for Cricut Helpers: September 28–October 9 and October 27–30.

Class times:

· Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:10–9:00 a.m.

· Thursday from 9:10–9:55 a.m.

Volunteers will check in at the office and students will escort you to Room 240 to volunteer.

PE T-Shirts on Sale Now in the Office:

PE T-shirts are required for all Horizon Middle School students enrolled in PE. Uniforms must be purchased through the school office.

• PE T-Shirt: $9.00
• PE Shorts (optional): $10.00

The school office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Water Bottle Filling Stations:

Horizon Middle School has water bottle filling stations available for student use throughout the building.

Please note that cups are not provided. Students are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle to take advantage of these stations throughout the school day.

The best way to access the payment system to make online purchases is now through your PowerSchool account. Once you sign into PowerSchool in an internet browser (this feature is not currently accessible in the app) on the left hand menu you will select "Purchases and Payments" and the complete your purchase as usual. Here you can:
