Welcome Back to the Hilltop!
There is something special about seeing the Hilltop come back to life. The energy of our students filling the hallways, teachers welcoming children into their classrooms, and families reconnecting reminds us that St. Luke’s is much more than a school—it is a community built on relationships, shared experiences, and the promise that every child who walks through our doors will be known, loved, and challenged.
As we begin the 2026–27 school year, I am incredibly grateful for how far St. Luke’s has come and genuinely energized by where we are headed. There is a wonderful sense of momentum across our school, and I am excited about the opportunities ahead for our students, faculty, and community.
I look forward to sharing more with you at our State of the School Parent Coffee on Thursday, August 20, immediately following Chapel. We’ll celebrate the momentum we’ve built together, share some of the exciting work underway across our school, and look ahead to where we are going.
Whether this is your first year at St. Luke’s or you have been part of our community for many years, thank you for choosing St. Luke’s and for entrusting us with your children. It is a tremendous privilege to partner with you in their education and formation.
It’s going to be a great year on the Hilltop. I look forward to experiencing it together!

Make Your Mark on the Hilltop with a Legacy Brick
The Tiger Terrace, at the entrance of St. Luke's, is the home of our Legacy Bricks. This is a permanent way to recognize students for significant achievements and families who want to always be remembered at SLES. This lasting legacy can celebrate graduation, honor a loved one, pay tribute to a favorite teacher, colleague or a project / program that impacted your life!
Middle School Sports Physical Requirement Reminder
All students planning to participate in middle school athletics (5th-8th) at St. Luke's must have a current, cleared sports physical on file before they are permitted to participate in any athletic activities.
Sports physicals help ensure students are medically cleared to safely participate in practices, training sessions, and competitions. Below, you will find the medical forms packet used by St. Luke's for athletic documentation. Please take these forms with you to your student's appointment and have the physician complete the required sections.
Please note that Page 3 (Medical History Form) must be completed and signed annually by both the parent/guardian and student. This page is required for athletic participation and must be submitted along with the physical examination pages.
Once completed, all forms should be uploaded directly to Magnus Health. Forms submitted to the Athletics Department cannot be accepted and must be reviewed and cleared through Magnus.
A sport physical must be turned in before your child may participate in practice.
Keep up with Tiger Athletics!
Looking for the latest athletics news, team updates, schedules, registration information, camps, clinics, and more? Be sure to request to join your child's athletic team groups on the new St. Luke's app!
