This program rewards high-performing teachers with additional compensation based on their impact in the classroom, creating opportunities for educators to increase their earnings while continuing to do what they love—teach and inspire students. In 2026, teachers in Jarrell ISD earned $2 million in additional compensation through the Teacher Incentive Allotment.
