AVA Family Update
November 22 2024
Good afternoon AVA Students and Families,
Just a short update for the short week ahead.
1. We only have school on Monday and Tuesday next week. The schedule below reflects that.
2. As I will reiterate in next week's update, school breaks are a great way for kids to catch up. Should you need something unlocked, email me. I don't check my email constantly, but I will frequently enough to keep students moving along.
The usual guidance and community updates are below.
Thank you for your time.

NCAA Registration
Kind reminder: AVA students and families who are interested in participating in collegiate sports through the NCAA, please register online at the Eligibility Center website (linked HERE). Although you may register even after high school graduation, we strongly recommend doing so while still enrolled in high school to ensure a smoother transfer of school records. AVA's CEEB code for NCAA registration is: 220067.

ASVAB - Last call
Final remnider: AVA sophomores and up who are interested in the military should sign up for the ASVAB test that will be administered on the AHS campus on Friday, Dec. 6th. The ASVAB exam is required to enter the military, so please register HERE as soon as possible. We will also be hosting one more ASVAB administration in March 2025 in case you miss the December one.
As always, please feel free to email me (nng@attleboroschools.com) with any questions, comments, or concerns. Have a marvelous, turkey-filled break!
