*Bring All of your documents that need scanning: consent forms, School Support Plans, etc.
This second session has been designed to assist you with specific types of data entry and provide you with additional time to enter data without distractions. You will upload all data on Nov. 8th from a central location. Be sure to have all of your files and documents with you (electronic and paper). It is critical that you began gathering documentation and entering the following information prior to Nov. 8th. We need all hands on deck to assist with data entry in a team effort.
