Hello Navigators,

We have a three day week before Winter Break. Wednesday 12/20 will be the last day before Winter Break. School will resume again on 1/8/2024. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!

We have some spirit days this week. Monday is Ugly Sweater Day, Tuesday is Holiday Hat Day and Wednesday is Pajama Day.

On 12/19 we will hold our English Language Advisory Committee meeting at 5 PM in the auditorium. We need parents of English Learners to provide input on programs for our learners. Hope to see you there.

Our after school program BASE will have some Winter Break opportunities for students. Please see the links below for information about the program and enrollment.

Over the break please save empty paper towel and wrapping paper rolls. Please send them to school to support our upcoming STEM lab project.

The BASE PROGRAM provides Before & After School care. If you are interested in enrolling your Child, please contact them through their website.

We are so thrilled with out STEAM program. STEAM stands for Science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. We have Ms. Pauels who teaches the STEM parts of STEAM and Ms. Harmon who teaches Art. Check out the STEAM Newsletter for the latest information.

Oceanside Unified School District has partnered with Care Solace to help families in need of mental health support. This services can help quickly find available services. We know there are times when issues come up that need to be resolved. OUSD has created a chain of communication that allows for an efficient resolution process. This is now located on our school’s website under “Our School” called Chain of Communication.
