A Message From Our Principal
Dear Collins Hill Families,
As we enter the month of April and prepare to step into Spring Break, I want to take a moment to celebrate several recent achievements and share a few important reminders as we look ahead to the remainder of the semester.
Celebrating Student Excellence on The Hill
We are incredibly proud to recognize six outstanding CHHS students who have been selected as finalists for the Governor’s Honors Program this summer. This is a tremendous academic honor, and these students will represent CHHS at the state level:
- William Nguyen
- Jonathan Roaquin
- Serina Uchimaki
- Aydin Coskun
- Sofia Triana-Widick
- Sophia Gutierrez
Congratulations to each of you on this remarkable achievement. Your dedication and hard work exemplify excellence at CHHS.
Athletic Accomplishments on The Hill
Please join me in congratulating our Boys JV Soccer Team for clinching the JV Region Title this week. Congratulations also goes out to our Boys Track Team on an impressive 4th place finish at the county meet. A special shout-out goes to Jameson Pifer, who made history by becoming the first-ever four-year county champion in the 1600m. This is an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to perseverance, consistency, and hard work. Well done!
Spring Break & Finishing Strong
As we transition into Spring Break at the end of this week, I encourage families to take time to connect with your students. This is a great opportunity to talk about goals, progress, and the importance of finishing the school year strong.
Students will return to school on April 13th, and daily attendance remains critical to student success. Being present each day ensures students stay engaged, connected, and on track academically.
Staying Informed
To stay up to date on your student’s progress, I strongly encourage parents and guardians to access the ParentVUE App. ParentVUE provides real-time information on grades, attendance, and discipline, helping you stay informed and engaged as a partner in your child’s education.
Thank you for your continued support of CHHS. I hope you and your family enjoy a safe, restful, and refreshing Spring Break.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Lee Augmon, Principal

PBIS Program (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports)
Support PBIS at Collins Hill High School
Dear Community Supporter,
At Collins Hill High School, we believe in recognizing and uplifting the positive behaviors that make our school a thriving, respectful, and inclusive community. Through our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, we celebrate students who demonstrate Scholarship/Service/Spirit, Ownership, Accountability, and Respect (S.O.A.R)—values that reflect the heart of our school and the broader Collins Hill community.
To continue building a culture of pride and positivity, we are seeking donations from our Amazon Wishlist to support PBIS incentives and events. These items help us reward students meaningfully and visibly showcase the great things happening at Collins Hill. From small tokens of appreciation to larger celebrations, every contribution helps reinforce the behaviors that make our school a better place for everyone.
PBIS is more than a school initiative—it’s a movement that strengthens relationships, boosts morale, and fosters a sense of belonging. With your support, we can continue to spotlight the incredible efforts of our students and staff, and inspire even greater pride in our school.
Please consider donating an item from our Amazon Wishlist. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

You may request a form from your school for a religious exemption.
