• Personal Safety Lessons: Please see the attached letter regarding the personal safety curriculum. Personal Safety lessons will be taught during guidance lessons throughout the months of November-March.

• December Math Matters highlights the key strands of Mathematical proficiency and provides resources for families. Please include this in your weekly newsletter.

• December ELA Express - This edition of ELA Express focuses on the importance of vocabulary development, outlining the four essentials for building strong vocabulary and providing ways families can support word learning at home. We share how students are exposed to new words through varied language experiences and are encouraged to develop word consciousness.
