Good afternoon,
It has certainly been a true New England winter week! With two snow days behind us, it’s safe to say this area hasn’t seen a stretch of winter weather like this in quite some time. Thank you for your flexibility and patience as we worked to keep our community safe while adjusting schedules.
We are excited to celebrate some outstanding student achievements this week. Congratulations to Amelia Crowe, who will be featured on WCVB Channel 5’s High 5 segment next Tuesday — a wonderful recognition of her accomplishments and character. We are proud to see Amelia representing Pentucket so positively in our broader community.
A big shout-out as well to Pentucket Music senior Hailey Bruno on her acceptance into the 2026 MMEA All-State Festival Choir! Hailey competed against nearly 200 finalists from across Massachusetts to earn her spot — an incredible achievement. Hailey and the All-State Choir will perform at Mechanics Hall in Worcester on March 21st alongside the other All-State ensembles. We are so proud of her hard work and dedication.
This week, students also participated in assemblies focused on next year’s class registration. Families should have received emails with helpful information to support students as they make thoughtful, informed decisions about course selections that align with their interests, goals, and future plans. Please be sure to review those materials and reach out with any questions.
As we head into the weekend, stay warm and safe — and keep an eye on the forecast, as there is the potential for more snow on Sunday.
Have a wonderful week,
Brenda Erhardt
Principal
