The Spelling BeeTXC 2025 was such a special day for our KAES students!

It all started in the classroom, where students in grades 3 through 8 took part in their own class spelling bees. Everyone worked hard, cheering on their classmates as they spelled their way through tricky words. Each class crowned a champion who then earned a spot to represent KAES at the conference spelling bee.

On Wednesday, excitement filled the air as our team loaded up the van and headed out to join students from other schools across the conference. We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of our spellers. It takes a lot of bravery to stand on stage and spell in front of an audience, and they all gave it their best.

And to top it all off, one of junior high students brought home a 2nd Place Trophy! 🏆 What an amazing accomplishment and a great reflection of their hard work and dedication.
