Respect is a feeling of high regard for someone or something, along with treating them with care, courtesy, and consideration. At the end of the month, teachers will select students who have consistently demonstrated this character trait throughout September.

Gearing up for our first PBIS Reward Celebration!

Greetings Frost Families,

Next Friday, we will celebrate our students positive behavior with a PBIS Reward Celebration! Students earn this reward by having consistent attendance and positive behavior during the month of September. Students who have received an office referral for behavior will not be able to attend this first celebration, however, each month is a clean slate and a chance to try again.

Some of the activities students will be able to participate in are volleyball, basketball, a movie in the cafeteria, coloring, video games, computer labs, bingo, chill time in the LMC, card games, and Lego building. Students have the opportunity to move from one activity to another, however, we have found they usually stay put when they find something they enjoy.

In addition to our end-of-the-month celebration, we have XC and Volleyball competitions are home next week. Our 8th grade volleyball team is looking amazing, and our 7th graders are showing great potential. Cross country is also off to a great start with our boys going undefeated to date and our girls holding their own. I am excited to see all teams compete next week!

Have a wonderful weekend Frost Families...Make Good Choices,

S. Wheeler

Frost Athletic Families and Fans,

We are so pleased with the progress we have seen from our athletes in both volleyball and cross country! Our athletes are working hard, improving their skills, and representing Frost with pride. Thank you for your continued support of our teams!

A few friendly reminders as we move through the season:

Be a Positive Frost Fan! If your student stays after school to cheer on a home team, we expect the very best behavior from our fans in the stands. Please remember that our Frost Falcons are representing our school, and we expect our fans to do the same. Let’s show everyone what it means to be a Frost Falcon!

Timely Pick-Up: Please be conscientious about picking up your athletes on time after practices and meets. Our coaches dedicate countless hours to our students, and they have families waiting for them at home, too. We appreciate your help in making sure everyone can get home to their families at a reasonable time.

Thank you for being such an important part of Frost Athletics! Your encouragement, support, and partnership make a tremendous difference in our athletes’ experiences.

Go Frost Falcons!

Clubs Clubs

Each year students at Frost suggest interest for clubs they would like to see running at Frost. Each club has an adult advisor, but for the most part are run and organized by our students. All students must have a permission slip signed by a parent to participate in after school clubs and must have transportation home. Clubs are a great way to connect groups of students with similar interests and make new friends. In the past we have had:

  • Digital Editing - Mrs. King
  • Math Club - Mrs. Townley
  • Drawing Club - Mrs. Georvassilis
  • Video Game Club - Mrs. Pittman & Mr. Chinavare
  • GEMS - Mrs. Georvassilis
  • Volleyball Club - Mr. Rumon
  • Cross Stitch & Crochet Club - Mrs. Kowalske & Mrs. Lee
  • Quiz Bowl Club - Mrs. Pittman & Mr. Zeigler
  • GSA - Mrs. Georvassilis & Ms. Merritt
  • International Club - Mrs. Hart
