Stories Creek Weekly Reminders

The second quarter ended Friday, January 17th. Report cards will be sent home on Friday, January 24th.

We are excited for the first ever EXCEL '25 school and community event. Please share with anyone who has a child aged birth to five years old. Learn about preschool options, resources, kindergarten registration and so much more!

Next week, students will begin MOY (middle of year) assessments. Students in K-5 will take iReady reading and math diagnostics. Students in K-3 will take mClass reading assessments.

Please review our procedures and be sure to share with any family members or friends who may be picking your child up. To ensure adequate supervision of students during dismissal, we cannot always have someone outside to assist with traffic direction. For afternoon dismissal- overflow for car line is in the bus parking lot. Follow the arrows on the graphic above and stop and wait at the stop sign noted on the graphic.

Car riders will dismiss at 3pm daily. For the safety of our staff and students, please follow the directions of any staff members helping with car line.

Important Reminders:

-Please remain in your vehicles (with the exception of students who need mobility assistance).

-Please follow the directions of staff members. To keep traffic out of Chub Lake Rd, they will be directing you to move up to specific cones before allowing your child to get in.

-Staff will open the car door for students to enter the vehicle, but they will not be responsible for buckling the student in.
