Mrs. Stark's Message
Dear Maple Families,
What a great week we had at Maple. Students had a great time at our friendship parties! Thank you to our PTA for putting together a great event for them as well as all of those who signed up to help with parties.
Students are learning about the Olympics. In third grade, students are researching a country and tracking the medals that they were awarded. Students in Mrs. Delgado's room were very excited to tell me about Italy! They learned about the Colosseum in Rome and I even heard them talking about it at lunch!
Just a reminder that there is no school on Monday in observance of President's Day. Enjoy the day with your family! On Wednesday, February 18th we will be having club and candid pictures taken for our yearbook. Photographers will take pictures in classrooms and at lunch/recess throughout the morning.
Next week will be spirit week! On Tuesday we will kick off with a class color day! See the flyer to know what color to wear!
We will see everyone on Tuesday!
Have a great weekend!
Mrs. Stark

When your child asks to play on a device, have them spend some time learning their facts! https://home.xtramath.org/
