Next Thursday, Sept. 11th, Robertsville will have a celebration of Police, Fire, and EMS. If you have or are currently serving in law enforcement, fire protection, or paramedic and would like to attend the event, please contact the Robertsville office for information. We are asking students to wear red, white, and blue on Sept. 11th.

Meet Patches! Robertsville Elementary has adopted her, and we will receive monthly updates and pictures to see how she’s doing. Here's a little about her...

* Patches is from Riegel's Farm in Washington, Missouri.

* She weighs about 80 pounds and is growing fast!

* She is a member of a 700-cow herd.

* She drinks 1 gallon of a special kind of milk every day to build up her immune system. Like human babies, she drinks from a bottle. She has lots of energy and loves to play!

Arrival: Student Drop-Off at 8:05 a.m.

We're excited to use our new parking lot to improve the safety of our arrival and dismissal routines. We appreciate your patience as we all adjust to these new procedures. Please refer to the map for a visual guide!

Turn onto 3rd Street to access the new parking lot.
Drive along the perimeter of the new lot.
Go around the dumpster to get onto the paved road and follow it to the back of the school.
You will see an orange cone, which marks the drop-off zone.
After your student is safely inside, continue on the paved road to exit onto Highway N.

Dismissal: Parent Pick-Up at 3:40 p.m.

The pick-up routine is designed to be as simple as possible.

Follow the exact same traffic pattern as morning drop-off.
However, the pick-up line will STOP at the gravel lot near the dumpster while you wait for dismissal.
Once student dismissal begins, a staff member will release the cars waiting to move around the back of the school for pick-up. Please be patient and follow the direction of our staff to safely pick up your child.

Important Reminders

Please do not drive through the caution-taped area in the new parking lot. This section is not ready for vehicle traffic, which is why we are currently routing all cars around the dumpster. We will send out an update as soon as this area is open.
Your cooperation and patience are key to a smooth and safe process for everyone. Thank you for helping us improve our routines!

Breakfast Menu- breakfast is FREE

Lunch Menu- lunch is $3.30 per day. Students may purchase extra milk for $.75 per carton.

Money for your child's meal account can be deposited online or brought to school in an envelope with the student's name and grade.

Fines, Fees, & Lunch Payments

Infinite Campus has switched to a new payment processor for all online payment functions in the Campus Portal. This will have no impact on how payments are processed, however you will need to update the following:

Add Payment Method(s):

Your information will NOT automatically be transferred over to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.
Add credit/debit card information or bank accounts.

To validate bank account information there will be two options:

1. Automatic Validation - You’ll be prompted to log into your bank to

validate your account.

2. Manual Validation – 24-48 hour manual confirmation process before

the account will be activated.

If you need assistance adding payment methods, please follow these instructions.

Update Recurring Payments:

To ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, your recurring payments will NOT be transferred.
Add any recurring payments you previously had set up and use the new payment
methods you created.
If you need assistance with recurring payments, please view these instructions.

All immunizations are due by September 30th. All non-compliant vaccinated students will be excluded from school, this year October 1, 2025. If you have any questions please reach out to the nurse, Sue Price, at 636-271-1448.

The dentist has moved to Friday, September 26th!
