Spring is here!
- Did you know that playing outside can help your child grow, learn, and have an amazingly positive impact on your child's physical and mental health? Now that the weather is getting better, take advantage of the healing power of play in nature! https://www.healthychildren.org/English/family-life/power-of-play/Pages/playing-outside-why-its-important-for-kids.aspx
- Don't stress about state tests. They are just a couple of days of testing that are one data point.
- Ways to reduce stress for your children is to make sure they get a good night's sleep, a healthy breakfast, and arrive to school on time.
