As we met with various stakeholders and conducted numerous surveys, we found that he had strengths that coincided with the profile and priorities that the campus committees highlighted. After rigorous interviews with Executive Directors, the community panel, Associate Superintendent, Chief of Schools, and Superintendent Elizalde, he was confirmed as the best person to continue IEA/CityLab High School excellence!

Al reunirnos con varias partes interesadas y realizar numerosas encuestas, descubrimos que tenía fortalezas que coincidían con el perfil y las prioridades que destacaron los comités del campus. A big THANK YOU to our IDEA/CityLab stakeholders who participated in profile sessions, listened to each Candidate's proposed 90 Day Entry Plan, asked interview questions, and then shared what they felt would be potential strengths and potential challenges for each candidate presented by Executive Director Ruby Ramirez.

During the past 3 years, Principal Raymie Venable has led IDEA High School with excellence and in this past year also led CityLab High School. I want to thank her for her commitment, hard work and drive for providing an innovative and safe learning environment.
