PEIMS 6 Week Verification
Next Verification Window-April 9-16th
This is a reminder that our 6 week verification process is coming soon.
Prior to or at the start of each window, Principals should meet with the campus coordinator/contact for each special program listed to ensure that the coordinator/contact understands the process and how to verify and make corrections to the program coding for the area they oversee/support.
Upon verification by the campus contact/coordinator and principal (with signatures obtained on the 2025-2026 Verification of PEIMS Information form), the registrar then scans and saves the form to the S:\Registrar-Attendance\Special Programs - Reports\25-26 (with any required reports specified by the district-level special program director/coordinator).
Failure LPAC-Second Grading Period (LIVE SOON)
All EB students and monitor 1 and 2 students in grades 3-12 who have a failing grade for the previous 9 weeks in a math, science or social studies class, need teacher feedback provided on a monitoring form. Teachers will indicate insights around progress and supports provided for the EB student in their class. This is a good time to review Instructional accomodations. Please share the video below with your teachers. Teachers will recieve an e-mail and see the form in their Ellevation account.
