Our School
2025-2026 Open Enrollment begins on Monday, February 3.
We would like to thank the many families who have already completed their enrollment for 2025-26. We are proud to welcome your family back to St. John’s School for another exciting year.
Open Enrollment for families new to St. John's begins on February 3rd. Please note that some classes already have waiting lists, and your child’s spot is only secured once enrollment is fully completed in TADS and the enrollment fee is submitted. Please make sure you have completed your re-enrollment before all open seats become open to new families on Monday, February 3.
Enrollment is a two-step process:
Use the personalized student enrollment email from TADS-Community Brands from January 9. Complete the online enrollment for 2025-2026 by logging in and navigating to the Enrollment Tab in the dashboard. Fill out all requested information.
Pay the enrollment fee via Blackbaud Tuition Management (https://enroll.blackbaud.school). The fee is $310 if paid by February 28 and increases to $360 on March 1. (Please note: Blackbaud Tuition Management has a $39 fee to set up the 2025-2026 account. Use the provided link rather than your parent login link.)
For more information, please see the links below or reach out to Molly Hanson.
Important Safety Awareness Matter
We want to inform you about a recent incident in which a student brought a BB gun on to school property. While we are confident there was no malicious intent, this item has no place in our school. The situation was quickly addressed according to our school procedures, with full cooperation from all involved. We do not believe that any students or staff were in danger of being intentionally hurt, but we recognize the potential for accidents, and we take these matters very seriously. The matter has been handled with appropriate consequences, and we have worked closely with the student and their family to ensure the situation is fully resolved.
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our school community. Our annual Child Protection Unit, which addresses important safety topics such as this, is scheduled for all K-5 students in March. We encourage families to partner with the school by having important safety conversations at home with your children, either before or during this unit. You can view the Child Protection Unit Scope and Sequence here. If you would like additional resources, please feel free to contact Dr. Barnard.
Thank you for your ongoing support in keeping our school a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Art Helpers Needed
In preparation for our Spring Auction, our Art Teacher, Sherrie Stewart, will be guiding our students in creating collaborative art projects that will be featured in our silent auction. These projects will be completed during class time, alongside their regular art curriculum and individual assignments.
To make this possible, we are seeking a volunteer to lend an extra set of hands and eyes to help Sherri manage these wonderful projects. No art experience is necessary—just a willingness to assist and enjoy the creative process with our students!
If you’re interested in volunteering, please visit the Sign-Up Genius to secure your spot.
Thank you for helping make our Spring Social a success—we couldn’t do it without your support!

Sermon Series: Holy As He
Sin seeks to infiltrate our lives, aiming to weaken our spiritual well-being and distract us from God's purpose. Yet, Jesus has called us to something far greater—a "holy life," one that is intentionally set apart by God. This sacred calling invites us to live with peace, purpose, and contentment, reflecting His love in everything we do.
In our upcoming sermon series, we will explore timeless truths, practical skills, and spiritual wisdom to help us embrace holy living. Together, we will discover how this God-centered way of life not only transforms us but also blesses those around us.
We look forward to growing alongside you as we pursue a life that honors God and fulfills His divine purpose for each of us.
Pathway to Peace
Are you looking for a safe space to find healing, hope, and freedom? At Pathway to Peace, we believe that no hurt, habit, or hang-up is too big for God to handle, and we’re here to walk alongside you on the journey toward wholeness.
Come as you are and join us in a welcoming, non-judgmental community where we celebrate each step toward recovery. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, anxiety, anger, codependency, grief, depression, drugs, family problems, gambling, insecurity, the need to control, overworking, perfectionism, stress, or just need a place to find peace, we’re here to support you as we are all in this together.
