Another Successful Raising Awareness Walkathon!
On Thursday, fifth graders hosted our second annual Raising Awareness Walkathon for their families and friends! Students designed and created a variety of informational and interactive learning stations which they then shared in the FEB schoolyard.
As guests visited each station students provided them with an infographic containing important facts and details about the challenge and/or disability they researched in focus groups that they worked in. As guests collected these infographics, they put them on a keyring to collect them.
The event ended with students and families taking a few laps on the FEB field to culminate an outstanding day of empathy, compassion and understanding for people who overcome adversity everyday!
We are so proud of our fifth graders! Way to go!

4th Grade Field Day Goes to the Black Squad!
On Wednesday, fourth grade kicked off Field Day season at Bellows. The weather was perfect and the fourth graders were ready for a day filled with friendly competition and fun!
The Black Squad seized the day with an 89-70 victory!
Next week we close out all of our Field Day events with 5th Grade Field Day on Tuesday, June 2 and 3rd Grade Field Day on Friday!

We're Going to the Movies!
To celebrate the end of the school year in a fun and memorable way, we are excited to invite students to a special screening of Toy Story 5 at Mamaroneck Cinemas on Tuesday, June 23rd. In this newest adventure, the beloved toys face their greatest challenge yet, as children begin choosing tablets and touchscreen devices over traditional toys.
Buses will depart Bellows at 9:00 a.m. and return by approximately 12:15 p.m. Students will have lunch upon returning to school. Please complete the permission slip in ParentSquare if you would like your child to attend this special year-end event. If you need to pick up your child/children from the theatre for the 8th Grade Moving Up ceremony, please notify your teacher of this request.
