Notes from the Office Notes from the Office

Learner Check-Out Process

To help reduce classroom interruptions and make learner check-outs as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below when your learner needs to leave school early.

1. 📞 Notify the School

A parent or guardian should contact the school to report the upcoming absence or early dismissal.

Requests can be made up to one month in advance.

Please notify the office no later than one hour before the requested check-out time.

2. 🎫 Office Creates an e-Hallpass

Office staff will create an e-Hallpass for your learner and their teacher for the requested check-out time. This allows us to notify learners without interrupting classroom instruction.

3. đź‘€ Learners & Teachers Check Passes Daily

Learners and teachers are responsible for checking e-Hallpasses each morning so learners know when they are expected to report to the office.

4. đźš™ Parent/Guardian Arrival

At the scheduled check-out time, simply pull up to the front of the school. There is no need to come inside!

5. 🏫 Learner Checks Out

Your learner will report to the office, check out, and then come directly to your vehicle.

Waiting more than 3–5 minutes?
If your learner has not arrived at your vehicle within 3–5 minutes of the scheduled time, please call the office and we will contact your learner.
