Gator Families,
We have officially completed our 8th week of school, and report cards will be available soon. Please take time to review your student’s grades, attendance, and overall progress. SCCPSS middle school students must earn passing grades in their core courses, meet exploratory-course requirements, and meet district attendance expectations for promotion.

A few important reminders as we move forward:
Students should arrive at school by 7:40 a.m. each day. Students who continue to accumulate tardies may lose the opportunity to participate in school celebrations, incentives, and other special activities.
Pullover hooded sweatshirts are not permitted. Students may wear jackets with hoods only if the jacket has a zipper.
Hooded sweatshirts and unauthorized head coverings worn to school will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Thank you for reinforcing these expectations at home and helping us keep our students focused on learning, responsibility, and success.

Hemos completado oficialmente nuestra octava semana de clases, y las boletas de calificaciones estarán disponibles muy pronto. Este es un buen momento para revisar las calificaciones, la asistencia y el progreso general de su estudiante. También les recomendamos revisar los requisitos

Algunos recordatorios importantes:
- Los estudiantes deben llegar a la escuela antes de las 7:40 a. m. todos los días. Los estudiantes que continúen acumulando tardanzas pueden perder la oportunidad de participar en celebraciones, incentivos y actividades especiales de la escuela.
- No se permiten sudaderas con capucha tipo pullover. Los estudiantes solo pueden usar chaquetas con capucha si tienen cierre.
- Las sudaderas con capucha y cubiertas para la cabeza no autorizadas que los estudiantes traigan o usen en la escuela serán confiscadas y no serán devueltas.
Gracias por ayudarnos a reforzar estas expectativas en casa y por apoyar a nuestros estudiantes para que lleguen preparados, a tiempo y listos para aprender.
