November 2025
Windsor Families,
It was a great week at Windsor!
We are incredibly grateful for each of our wildcats and for the wonderful community that makes Windsor such a special place. We wish you all a joyful, restful week, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday, December 1st! When we return we will be begin our annual gift card drive. This gift card drive has been a wonderful Windsor tradition for many years. The gift cards go to families in need within our Windsor school community. We ask that if you contribute gift cards, that they are in increments of $20.00 to stores like Walmart, Target, Mariano's and Aldi.
Today, our wildcats participated in Dens, the topic was thankful! Dens started with a quick growth mindset question, "if your brain can talk, what would it say thank you for learning this year?" followed by writing down something they are thankful for.
If you have a teacher that you are thankful for, feel free to scroll down and recognize a staff member. All submissions are shared with the staff member.
Just a reminder, animals of all sizes are not allowed on school property during arrival or dismissal.
Have a wonderful week!

Windsor Drive Drop and Go
Just a reminder, please pull all of the way up on Windsor Drive to our furtherest staff member no matter which door your child enters the building through. We have many staff members outside monitoring our students as they exit cars and walk into the building. This helps to keep our intersection at Windsor and Miner clear. While there are not many families driving to school now, as the weather gets cooler or rainy, many will opt to drive, so we ask that you follow these expectations each day.
We appreciate you parking on alternate streets for arrival and dismissal. It helps to alleviate congestion on Windsor Drive. We have had some concerns raised from neighbors that live on the Sunset Terrace cul de sac, due to Windsor families parking in the cul de sac, delivery trucks and those who live there are not able to access their homes during our arrival and pick up. Please only park on one side of the street and not in the actual cul de sac to ensure that our neighbors are able to access their homes at all times. Thank you!
Important Arrival and Dismissal Information
Our staff cannot assist your children in getting out of your vehicle so please have them ready to exit the car with backpacks and other belongings ready to go on the passenger side.
**We will not have staff supervising students on the playground anytime before school starts. Please do not drop off your child early to play on the playground. Students are not permitted to play on the playground before school. We will open doors for student entrance at 8:55. Door supervision begins at 8:50 and ends at 9:05am. If you arrive after 9:05, please bring your child to the front office.
