11.24.25 Providencia Elementary School Newsletter
Dear Providencia Families,
As we enter this season of reflection and celebration, I want to take a moment to highlight the importance of practicing gratitude. One simple way to do this is by using gratitude prompts—questions or reflections that encourage us to pause and notice the good around us.
Gratitude not only strengthens our sense of community, but it also nurtures resilience, kindness, and joy in our daily lives. I encourage families to share these prompts together during the holiday break—it’s a wonderful way to connect and appreciate one another.
On behalf of our entire Providencia staff, I wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving filled with warmth, laughter, and gratitude. Thank you for being such an important part of our school family.
With gratitude,
Principal Celeste

Date Changes: Winter Concerts
We are excited to announce this year that our Winter Concert will be held indoors in partnership with our neighboring Elks Lodge No. 1497. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the change of dates and venue. We promise you a magical program of carols and poetry led by our new concert choir instructor, Karine Karapetyan!
On their day of performance, students must first arrive at school and will be doing a classroom walking field trip to the Elks Lodge. Parents/guardians must park in our district parking lot parallel to our field or use street parking (Elks Lodge parking is limited).
