WEEK 20
Week 20 (January 13 - 17)
HAWTHORNE ES SNOW DAY PICTURES
Greetings World Class Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for an incredible short week back. We hope you’ve noticed the positive changes in this semester’s experience. We are fully committed to turning your valuable feedback into meaningful progress.
Don't forget to attend our first Chat & Chew tomorrow Monday, January 13th at 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM in the school's cafeteria.
A reminder: it’s absolutely critical that your child is present every school day and on time, unless they are genuinely ill. Students should not miss more than 18 days throughout the school year. Last year, our overall attendance rate was 93%, but our ambitious goal for this year is 95%. We need your support to help us reach this target and ensure that every student is receiving the education they deserve.
I also ask that all families continue to prioritize our shared safety responsibilities. For the safety of our entire community, it is essential that everyone follows the guidance of our staff during carpool hours. Adhering to the instructions of our AM and PM duty personnel is crucial to ensuring the safety of all students and staff.
Please review the additional information and support below. We are thrilled to see both families and students actively engaged as we work together toward achieving success! Thank you, as always, for entrusting us with the privilege of educating and nurturing your children.
Let’s make this week count—on purpose!
Proud to Serve,
-Principal Henley
