We’re excited to get your student(s) signed up for 2025-26 Prairie Star MS Athletics and Activities!
Students involved in activities that do not require a physical will still need to complete the other required online forms to participate. Those activities include band, choir, and orchestra (no online registration needed for theater).
Students participating in athletics for the 25-26 school year will be required to upload a completed KSHSAA physical, dated after April 1, 2025, with a doctor’s signature and a parent/guardian's signature, and complete all the necessary forms to be able to participate. Be sure you take the linked form to your doctor’s appointment, their office may not have the updated version.
NOTE: On page 4 of the KSHSAA physical, families must complete the boxes at the top and sign/date the bottom. A healthcare provider (MD, DO, DC, PA-C, APRN) must complete the middle section.
To complete the registration process, please visit https://manager.gobound.com/registration/ks/school/prairiestarms/family and create your family account. We will not be accepting paper copies of the physical forms, you must create an account and upload the physical.
Once inside the portal, you will be able to:
- Connect your parent and student accounts
- Enter demographic information
- Upload a valid physical
- Digitally sign off on required participation documents (do not need to print or upload)
- Code of Conduct
- Substance Abuse
- Concussion Form for those athletics/activities that require it
- Register for the athletics/activities your student(s) will participate in this school year. Make sure you have selected the 2025-26 school year!
- Please enter your email and phone number to receive updates on schedule changes and messages from coaches and administration

🔎 Note: During the registration process, you will be asked to search for your student (so we can avoid duplicate students). Since we are brand new to Bound in Kansas, you will be prompted to select "Add Student Manually" or "I can't find my student" at the bottom of the search window to continue.

- Cross Country - 7th and 8th grade
- Football - 8th grade
- Volleyball - 8th grade girls
- Wrestling - 7th and 8th grade
- Basketball - 8th grade
- Track - 7th and 8th grade
