Dear PES Families,
What a busy day we had!
This morning, athletes from ConVal High School visited to greet students our High Five Friday! This event was organized by Mr. P who also served as a special guest at our all-school meeting. During the meeting, we celebrated Charlie's 2nd birthday with a special song sung by Mrs. Dunning's 2nd graders. After that, we introduced some members of the Peterborough Fire Department. They spent several hours with us, discussing fire safety and allowing students to tour the fire trucks. It was a busy and fun day!
On October 24th, we will be participating in Read for the Record. We are looking for volunteers to come in and read to students and help with a small craft activity after, please use this link if you would like to sign up.
Please remember that there is no school on Monday, October 14, 2024 as our teachers will be participating in professional development that day.
I hope you all enjoy the long weekend!
Tammy
