Fisher Family Update
December 19, 2025

Good Afternoon Fisher Families,
Thank you to Mr. Holmes, our music specialist, for hosting and leading our annual Holiday Sing-Along! Mr. Holmes truly goes above and beyond to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive community event for our school. It was wonderful to see so many families come together to sing familiar holiday favorites and discover a few new songs as well. We are grateful for the joy and sense of togetherness this special event brings to our community.
Have a great weekend,
Brian

Lost and Found items to be donated
We have a large collection of clothing, shoes, and water bottles that have not been claimed. All remaining items will be donated over winter recess, so please take a moment to stop by and look for anything your child may be missing. There are many high-quality items—we’d love to see them returned to their owners!
News from the Health Office
As we move into a busy season in the Health Office, we’re working hard to keep our students comfortable, cared for, and ready to learn. If you’re able, we would greatly appreciate your support through our Fisher Elementary Amazon Wish List. These items help us restock essential supplies that our students rely on throughout the school day.
Also if you have any gender neutral new or gently used sweatpants or leggings to donate, we would appreciate those as well (sizes 4/6 through 14/16 as well as up to adult M)
Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful difference. Thank you for supporting the health and well-being of our Fisher community

Rally Against Cancer - December update
Fisher’s Finest Rally Against Cancer - December 2025
Our Green Monster Wall of Honor has been up, and many families have sent in donations for baseballs and photos to be displayed. Thank you so much! There is plenty more space for more baseballs! Forms were sent home in October. If you need a new one, please send me an email and I can either email you a copy or send a hard copy home with your student.
If you wish to donate to our Green Monster Wall, you may fill out the form and send it back into school to my attention, with your donation. No amount is too small. Every penny makes a huge difference to those working at and receiving treatment at Dana-Farber. You may request as many baseballs as you would like. Our goal is to fill that Green Monster and remember, honor, and celebrate our loved ones. Photos of loved ones are welcome, too! Anything up to 4x6 inches is great!
Also available are Fisher School Excuse Note Pads. These were created by my daughter (proud Mom here!) and donated to us to help raise funds for Fisher’s FInest. They are only $5 each, all of which goes to our Rally. If you want to order one, please click here: Student Excuse Notepad Order and complete the form. As soon as I receive your payment, I’ll send the notepad(s) home with your student. There is no Fisher School information on the notepads, so they work for any school!
Our My Grandma’s Coffee Cake fundraiser will take place after we return from winter break. There might even be some different flavors from when we’ve held it in the spring! Change for a Cure will also begin immediately after we return to school in January. We’re just making sure we have enough collection bottles for each class!!! As always, thank you all so much for your continued support of Fisher’s Finest and our Rally Against Cancer!
