Back to School Night & PTA Association Meeting September 17th @ 6:00pm in the cafeteria before going to classrooms.

*1 hr early out 2:03pm & 2:12pm* (parent only event)

5th grade parent meeting 5:30 in the science lab (room 24)

We now have 566 members! Thank you to all those that have already joined. Let's keep the momentum going we're trying to get to 600!

🐬🌴🏄🏻‍♂️We have a really awesome FALL FUNDRAISER coming up! 😎🌊🚶🏻‍♀️

The Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship walk is a 3.4 mile long walk down a path lined with students, families, neighbors, community members, and even cheerleaders from the local high schools! (We will start at Manhattan Pier and walk towards Hermosa Pier and then walk back)

This fundraiser is our plan to raise the MAJORITY of our funds for PTA.

The PTA raises funds for the field trip busses, assemblies, and special events for the kids such as movie night, and a winter dance!

VERY IMPORTANT: When you register you MUST:

✅Join team Arlington

✅Register as a walker (in-person or virtual)

✅Check TEF: Torrance Education Foundation for our school to get the funds

***Sign up on or before 9/17 and each registered walker receives a ticket for FREE popcorn + lemonade at Arlington movie night (10/23)!***

Thanks to all the parents who volunteered to be a ROOM PARENT!! This is from Thurs night, at 6pm at the room parent (RP) meeting led by Trisha!

We also had the Adventures in Art (AIA) docent (teacher) meeting! This was also Thursday night at 7pm and led by Corene!
