Good Evening Dragon Families:

There are currently 37 more students that need to have the Online Data Confirmation completed.

We are sitting at 88.5% completion rate, needing to hit 95% by September 15th for a school-wide pizza party and 100% by September 15th for a school-wide pizza party with ice cream!

Gentle reminders:

1. This needs to be completed EVERY year, at the beginning of the year. Once you have completed the ODC, you have access to view Aeries and monitor your student's grade.

2. This needs to completed for EACH child, not once per family.

If you are having difficulty signing in to Aeries, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. O' Brien at 209.954.5790, to confirm the email that we have on file. We can always update emails which will generate an invitation to Aeries.

  1. Go to the Lodi USD website.
  2. Select Portals.
  3. Choose Aeries Parent & Student Portal.
  4. Sign in.
  5. You may also navigate to Student Info → Data Confirmation.
  6. Review, confirm, or update your child's information.
  7. Select Confirm and Continue through each section.
  8. Click Finish and Submit to complete the process.
  9. All sections need to be completed for the ODC to be complete.

With Gratitude,

Mrs. Vanessa Jara

Principal

Please review the following message from the District:

We want to bring to your attention the importance of discussing the proper care of district-issued student Chromebooks with your children. We have observed an increase in incidents involving damage, often linked to carelessness or misuse. As we address these situations, we want to remind you of the importance of engaging in discussions with your child about the proper care of their district-issued Chromebook. Students will be held responsible for any damages, and charges may apply for repairs. Principals will conduct thorough investigations in collaboration with students to ensure fair outcomes. Additionally, please remind your students to charge their Chromebooks overnight, ensuring they are ready for the next day's learning activities. Your involvement in these discussions is crucial, and we appreciate your attention to these matters.

To Be Honest

Delta College has partnered with an organization known as tbh (short for "to be honest") to provide students with free access to online mental health services.

Tbh offers virtual professional therapy, personal coaching, group support, and digital exercises that can be used whenever needed (on a phone, computer, or from the comfort of your own home).

As tbh tells students, this service is "like a gym for their mental health."

These services are now available and can be accessed from your MyDelta Dashboard!

All of the services are free! All you need to do is sign up by visiting your MyDelta Dashboard and clicking on the tbh tile, which looks like the attached image.

Signing up should take less than 5 minutes. No long forms or insurance are needed.
You are encourage to take advantage of this new service and sign up for tbh today!
