Meet Mrs. Neid-Campos - Assistant Principal

Hi! I am so excited for the opportunity to serve the Mountain View Community. For the last two years, I have been the intern at Meadowbrook Elementary in Bountiful. I have loved my time there. I have been an educator for 13 years. I've taught at Meadowbrook, Reading, Holt, Endeavor and Sunburst. My favorite grade to teach is 6th, but I also have experience in 5th and 2nd.

Here is a picture of my little family. My husband, Josh, and I have 3 boys: Luke, Lee, and Mason. I grew up in a military family. My dad served 24 years in the Air Force and retired out of Hill AFB. I love living in Utah and being able to enjoy the outdoors.

I can't wait to meet your family and get to know your children. Please stop by and say hi!

Meet Mr. Nash - Principal

Hello, Everyone! I am so excited to be joining you here at Mountain View. I have been serving as the principal at Odyssey Elementary in Woods Cross for the past four years. Prior to that, I was an assistant principal for two years at Legacy Junior High, and two years as an administrative intern at Endeavour Elementary before that. I also taught for 16 years in 4th-6th grade.

Basically, that means I'm old. I had a former student come into the office the other day to register their 7-year-old child ... so yeah ... 😄

My wife, Shauna, and I have been married for 27 years ... another indication of how old I am. We have six awesome kids and four amazing kid-in-laws. No grandkids yet, but I'm looking forward to them! My baby just graduated from Northridge and is heading to Idaho for school this fall, so my puppy, Sawyer, is going to be the only one home with us.

I had some really rough elementary school years, so I have high expectations for students when it comes to the way they treat others. I also believe in hard work and dedication to learning. At the same time, I love to laugh with students, love to beat them in 4-square at recess, and love to see them smile! It's going to be a great year, and I can't wait to meet all of you!

9:45-2:30 M-Th, 9:45-1:15 F (30 min lunch) / $15.95 per hour

Mrs. Neid-Campos and I have been pulling double duty between our old schools and Mountain View, and it may take us a little while to get up to speed on things here. Mrs. Vincent and Mrs. Malan have been awesome in helping with the transition. We graciously ask for your patience with us as we get in and start figuring things out.
