Teacher Resource on State Assessment Accessibility
In late October, campus coordinators for state assessments and others (including ARD facilitators, administrators for LPAC, 504, SE) attended State Assessment Accessibility training. Attendees are expected to return to campus and train others using provided materials. “2024-2025 State Assessment Accessibility for Classroom Teachers” is intended to be shared with all teachers. It is recommended that campus staff who attended training present this resource to teachers in a faculty meeting and take a few minutes to highlight items that are new. Sharing this document with teachers will allow teachers to be well-prepared to participate in decision-making meetings.

Create a Look-up System for Test Sites
Secondary campuses are encouraged to create a system for students to look up test site assignments rather than posting on walls. Post QR codes or email the link to students so they can easily find their assigned test sites.
Elementary campuses are also welcome to use this method if it's helpful.
Instructions for a simple method are available at this link.
