Important Weather Update
As temperatures are forecasted to drop below freezing and bring in inclement weather, Aledo ISD is canceling all extracurricular activities beginning at 5:30 p.m. Friday, January 23 through Sunday, January 25. Coaches, sponsors and directors will communicate with students about what their Friday afternoon plans are. All Aledo ISD buildings will be closed during that time. Also, we have been notified by Camp Fire that they have canceled all after-school care in Aledo ISD.
Only in Aledo | When Community Takes the Field
Moments like this remind us that the strongest connections span generations.
Ladycat seniors Delaney Rosser, Jordyn Edington and Kyleigh Pawlak, along with Head Coach Heather Myers and Harvest of Aledo Memory Care Coordinator Maggie Sharp, reflect on an experience filled with purpose and connection. With Sue’s peers cheering from the stands and joining on the field and the Aledo Ladycat basketball team supporting in the stands, this moment truly represents what it means to be All in Aledo, to be Growing Greatness, and to be creating Exceptional Experiences that can only happen in Aledo.

You are cordially invited to this year's Bearcats 'n Boots!
Bearcat's N Boots is the Aledo Education Foundation’s annual spring fundraiser, to raise community support for AISD's immediate teacher and student needs. Last year's event allowed us to give back over $150,000 across our schools. This districtwide initiative brings together the greater Aledo Community in support of the high-quality education we all work so hard to provide for our kids.
Sold out over the past two years, your Bearcats N Boots sponsorship empowers our future by strengthening education & investing in teachers across our 12 schools. Come support the Aledo Education Foundation with a night of dinner, dancing, and endless fun with Aledo parents, grandparents, friends, and longtime AISD supporters.
We cannot achieve this year's goal without our community's continued investment. Sponsorships will be available soon!
