Counseling Topic: Goal Setting Counseling Topic: Goal Setting

Goal setting skills are essential for teenagers at anytime, but especially for the beginning of a new school year. They empower students to strive for self-improvement and have control over their own lives. Students can create short and long terms goals and steps to how to achieve them. When goals are reached, students build confidence and are more likely to practice healthy behaviors.
