SEAF 5K
Looking for a fun way to make good on that New School Year’s resolution to get moving? SEAF is adding a 5K run/walk to its annual events, and we want our Seaman staff to be part of it!
Whether you’re already a runner, enjoy a good walk, or just want a fun goal to work toward with some friends and coworkers, this is a great opportunity to get active while supporting Seaman students and staff.
We’re also inviting our elementary running clubs and families to participate, so we’re hoping to make this a great community event!
