October Whale Tales

We are looking forward to a wonderful month at Willbern Elementary! We have several exciting opportunities planned for our students and families, and we hope you will join us.

Please make plans to attend our Family Book Fair Night and Watch D.O.G.S. Pizza Night. These are great opportunities to spend time together as a school community and enjoy some Willbern fun!

As we approach Fall Break, we hope all of our families have a fun, safe, and restful break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for another great month of learning.

A reminder that attendance matters every day! Being at school, arriving on time, and staying for the entire school day helps students get the most out of their learning.

Perfect Attendance Reminder: To qualify for Perfect Attendance, students may have no more than 3 total tardies and/or early checkouts per semester.

As a parent of a student at a campus receiving Title I funds, federal law allows you to ask for information about the certification, college major, and advanced degrees of your child’s teacher(s). You also have the right to request information about the qualifications of a teacher aide or paraprofessional providing direct services to your child.
